Supplier Lifecycle Management Overview

Authorium offers a complete supplier lifecycle management system that allows organizations to maintain a centralized directory of suppliers, manage procurement participation, and streamline collaboration from invitation to award.

The Suppliers section in the main navigation gives access to the whole supplier repository, while suppliers themselves interact with projects via the Opportunities Dashboard.

Authorium supports two perspectives in supplier management:

For Procurement Teams​

  • Maintain a centralized supplier directory.
  • Manage supplier pools and categories.
  • Invite suppliers to projects and track participation.
  • Monitor submissions and award recipients.

For Suppliers​

  • Accept invitations and create Authorium accounts.
  • View procurement opportunities in the Opportunities Dashboard.
  • Respond to submission workbooks during active stages.
  • Ask questions during designated Q&A periods.
  • Track awards and submission outcomes.
