Use Authorium as a Supplier

Suppliers working with agencies on Authorium can receive invitations to collaborate, submit proposals, and track opportunities. Once a supplier accepts an invitation, they are guided through a profile setup process and gain access to the platform's features.

Suppliers can:

• View procurement opportunities from the Opportunities Dashboard.
• Respond to active submission workbooks.
• Ask and track questions during a Q&A period.

When to Use Authorium as a Supplier

You should use Authorium when:

• You’ve received an invitation to bid from a participating agency.
• You want to review current or past project opportunities.
• You need to submit responses or ask questions in an active project.

To Get Started in Authorium

1. Open the invitation email from the agency.
2. Click Accept Invitation.
3. Complete the profile setup and follow the onboarding steps provided.
4. Once registered, log in at the Authorium supplier portal to access your dashboard.
