Invite Suppliers to the Submission Process
Invite suppliers to participate in a solicitation directly through the Online Submissions stage in Authorium. Suppliers can be added individually, selected from your organization’s repository, or given access through a public solicitation link.
Inviting suppliers ensures that:
- Notifications are automatically sent to each invited supplier
- Participation is tracked throughout the submission process
- Your project reaches both pre-registered and new suppliers
- Public solicitations allow broader participation without manual invitations
Note
If your project’s Online Submissions stage is configured as public, a link to the solicitation is automatically generated. This link can be shared externally (e.g., by email or on your agency website), allowing suppliers to participate without requiring an individual invitation.
