Evaluation Workbooks Overview
Authorium's Evaluation Workbooks track and structure supplier and evaluator inputs during the Online Submissions and Evaluations stages. They provide a single container for worksheets, supplier responses, and evaluation criteria.
How Evaluation Workbooks Work​
- In the Online Submissions stage, suppliers complete worksheet items with required information.
- In the Evaluations stage, evaluators score responses based on hidden evaluation criteria.
- Worksheets can be divided into sections and contain both visible supplier questions and hidden scoring rules.
Unlike forms or documents, workbooks are configured inside project templates, not from separate templates.
