Advance to the Evaluations Stage

This how-to guide explains how to advance a project from the Online Submissions stage to the Evaluations stage in Authorium.

Once the submissions period ends, you can move the project forward—allowing evaluators to review supplier responses using predefined workbooks and criteria. Before proceeding, ensure that at least one supplier has submitted a response.

When to Advance to Evaluations​

You should advance the project when you need to:

  • Close the submission window.
  • Confirm that at least one supplier has submitted a response.
  • Begin the internal evaluation process.

To Advance to the Evaluations Stage​

  1. From the Dashboard, go to the project you want to evaluate.
  2. Click View Project.
  3. In the Online Submissions stage, click Complete and Start Evaluations.
    Optional Update Message

    After clicking Complete and Start Evaluations, you may be prompted to enter an Update Message for team members. This note is recorded in the project history and visible to collaborators.

  4. Click Confirm & Continue to finalize the transition.
Important

You can close the Submissions stage only after at least one supplier has submitted a response.
