Contract Distribution and Execution Overview

Authorium’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system helps teams manage multiple supplier contracts efficiently and transparently. The Contract Distribution & Execution (CD&E) stage enables users to prepare, distribute, and execute contract documents in a centralized, trackable workflow.

This stage is typically added to a project template and includes tools to:

  • Build a contract package using existing or uploaded documents.
  • Assign and manage participants.
  • Add signature blocks for contract execution.
  • Route documents for approval and digital signing.
  • Automatically send finalized contracts to the repository.
